Upon further inspection, it looks like the Guard masks are individually wrapped without labels on its plastic wrapping, however, they are packaged as part of an outer plastic-wrapped and Air Canada CleanCare+ labelled kit.
And to be clear, these are referring to the white masks with the Guard log embossed on them.

Flew YYZ-YVR on June 17, and in this pack was a bottle of Guard hand sanitizer (30 ml, if I recall correctly). Unfortunately, the contents either evaporated or spilled out - turning the wipes and mask into a soggy mess. There was still half a bottle left, so not a complete waste, and I am hoping I can refill the bottle for future use.

Like everything, it's all for show.
My J pod 787 both ways were filled with wine stains on the seat controls. Great, I cleaned it with the disinfectant wipes but come on. Now that load factors are up the planes are just dirty. AC, like other airlines, and like the public, could give two ..... about cleanliness. Also, the plane on the outbound I was on was in a hangar overnight.
I'll fly AC over WS anyday, but I've about had it with domestic aviation. I need to make more to fly private.

Wouldn't surprise me if they had ended it, given that no one else is doing this.

Last handful of flights this week they've been asking pax as they board past the front galley whether they want one and most say no. On my YYZ-DCA I was first to board (J) before the FAs were ready so I wasn't even asked, but everyone afterwards (both cabins) seemed to be asked.

Is this still a thing?
I know some travelers still like to wipe down their entire seat as they simply do not trust the fine folks who do the detailed, comprehensive, and thoroughly clean in the fifteen minutes between late flights.

And on the same day YXU-YYZ were offered at the door while boarding

On Aug 16th both my flight YOW-YYZ and then to EWR had the clean care kit, mask, and wipes ( I do not know what's inside as I just toss them) sitting on my J seat. When I boarded UA they still hand out a small package of sanitizer,
LH, TK, RJ, and EY, received nothing in J (All inter Europe flights)
