I was looking at the virus lookup. Thats what they said it does.

Mrs. Bytepusher works for Sears and that's not fully accurate, they did have the virus and it did cause problems but they didn't get completely shut down.

All the firewalls in the world don't do much good these days if you have employees with laptops plugging them into the internet at home without personal firewalls. All it takes is one unprotected laptop for something like this to "tunnel under" the firewall...
