Location: All Do events will take place in Downtown Halifax (YHZ) - see Hotel options below
Date: Saturday October 23, 2021
Pre-DO Drinks: 5:00 pm - either the Lower Deck or the Split Crow (depending on who will reserve some tables for us)
Dinner: 7:00 pm at Salty's
Post-Do Drinks: 10:00pm at the Bitter End
Late Night Activity: Donairs/pizza at the famous "Pizza Corner", where drunks congregate for donairs and pizza

Sorry, there has been no consensus from the hosts. In fact, there has not been much communication....
I was holding off as I need to do a TATL in late Sept/early Oct and was not sure of the dates. While I am still not too sure of the dates October 23rd should be fine for me, so let's proceed on that date.
I will commit to hosting on that date, hopefully my other hosts will be available as well!

I think we need a host to organize some stuff, but as the cow pointed out in this very thread last year, there's nothing stopping other(s) from taking over the duties.
It's probably poor form to do so before the current hosts are given a chance to figure things out, but at some point if @Yhztraveller @codfather @RangerNS @smallmj don't pick up the baton, it's probably reasonable for someone else to do so.

When I did the Blue Jays micro-Do a couple of years ago I flew out on WS and back on WO. Maybe that's why only 2 other people showed up.

Still waiting on confirmation from a friend whether we'll be in Europe then, or if I'll be flying indirectly from YYD. Le sigh, this is why I prefer to travel solo, I see something I wanna do, I go.
