AeroPlan award search not working?

When I search for JFK-ATH routes Oct 2020, it used to populate different award options but hasn’t been working the last few weeks. Anyone know why it keeps telling me to call the service center?

What dates are you looking at? I just searched a random date in October and I'm getting tons of options, in both Y and J.
