Aeroplan e-statement problems?

My Aeroplan e-statement for July is missing about half a dozen transactions that were posted prior to statement date. The balance is also adjusted downward.
When I go to "balance" rather than "statements", the number of miles seems about right, however the missing transactions are not posted.
I am waiting (as usual) for my Hiltons and Nationals to post, but am not sure how to tell if they are among the missing transactions. Anyone else have this problem and know what to do?
Bob

The July statement is for transaction(s) posted before July 13. Aeroplan.com has a glitch such that it doesn't show transactions that occured before the statement cutoff date which are posted after the cutoff date in the current activity area. So you will have to wait for your August paper statement to determine whether things are posted correctly.

As for your current balance, the total under the 'balance' tab is the most accurate one.

Still awaiting a reply from MacAttack concerning this issue. It's so annoying to have the transactions disappear for a few weeks. This only become a problem a few months ago after they made 'improvements' to the transaction history area. I hope they correct the problem soon.

Thanks Empress. As long as they show up eventually. I have a template set up on my pc so I can send in a request every 2 months for transactions that never got posted but I assume if I saw them before the statement was posted they'll be resurrected in August.
Bob.

Give him a little more credit than that. Anyone who takes the abuse for the system that he gets and still comes back with a considered reply is more than just an employee.
