AC Standard formally known as Tango accrues 25% domestic AQM and 50% AQM TB/Intl, and AQS as normal. AC Basic does not.
If you aren’t sure whether you are Basic or Standard, without seeing your booking it’s hard to be sure. AC customer service should be able to confirm however.
Edit - “Select Intl” Basic routes earn 25% AQM.

Above is from EYW rules if anyone wonders. The point is, fare code means virtually nothing unless it’s YB (Lat) or JCDZP. And for reference PY codes are OEN.

So not sure, because according to the UA website you have booked a ticket that doesn't exist from what I can see:

United T is not basic economy (as I think the OP figured out now). However, *United* basic economy also earns 50% on AE (however, they are NOT status miles).
Although it is not relevant to this question - Air Canada basic economy earns 0% miles, 0 segments, and 0 AQD (except for some international routes) on AE ... what it earns on United MP will differ.
Hopefully this helps.
