Anyone with experience with Unlimited Flight Pass - not making flight

Anyone with experience with Unlimited Flight Pass - not making flight

As in, "Flight credit bookings must be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to scheduled departure time or a penalty fee of $150 CAD plus tax, per flight, per passenger, will be charged automatically to the payment card in your payment profile."

Question: Are AC IT systems actually up to the task in billing this, or does it just fail?

Bad news, it works. I had it happen once. It was a couple of years ago, though.
