I'll be on my way back from BDA that day, so not for me.

But didn't the last one of these go somewhat poorly for some of the participants?

The last one... Well I guess it depends how you define "somewhat poorly".

I may have another person joining. Fairly FOTSG, but has flown with me to multiple continents, and has expressed interest in things like ticketing rules and cabotage, so should fit in.

I don't think I've ever been off-continent with him. He's too FOTSG for that.

I think 7A and 8A would be more interesting no?

I might have some J credits to burn off, who knows... Should be super boring now that I'm dry.

Okay another person has booked, so we can't all fit in A.

I've moved to 4F.

Does everyone else want to move over to the larger side?

Wow considering I'll be living in YWG by March 4th at the latest, this DO has become very, very realistic for me compared to ICN. I'll have all my relocation/travel plans figured out by the next 10 days and hope to be booking this!

Is anyone going to be around YYZ for Sunday or YVR that weekend? Trying to make Easter family plans but don't want to see them for more than one day... LOL. Also is there a DO in SFO? I don't plan to fly back until the day after Tuesday(3rd).

I just noticed I'll probably be the only non SE ugh

EDIT: Wow I just routed out the whole weeked YWG-YVR-YYZ-SFO-YYC/YVR-YYZ for $636 in Y. Does anyone know how to route out a multi trip itin with a single segment in Biz(YYZ-SFO) on either google or matrix? Biz comes to a reasonable $1694 too. So surpised

What a great use for my UFP! It expires at the end of this month and it is a royal pain trying to renew early. AC has a hard time with the concept that I do not want to start my new UFP until the old one expires, but I may want to "renew" early and book some flights now for the new UFP.

If there is still availability when I can get the UFP renewed, I'm in. Just hope the eups work...

Questions:
  1. Will anyone be getting right back on the plane in SFO on 754??
  2. Will there be an "after-do" do when we land in SFO?
  3. Any suggestions for lodging in SFO if not returning till the next day?
Part of me thinks that if I'm flying all the way to SFO, I might as well bring my clubs and go play a round at Pebble Beach. The other part of me thinks that if Mrs. yhztraveller found out I was flying to SFO just for a few drinks on the plane, and then was plunking down $1,000 to play a round at Pebble, she would have me committed!

Try multi-city on United.com?

And you won't be the only non-SE.

My +1 is, at best, *G on another airline (though maybe not even that).

The_Phoenix179 is UA*G
My +2 has no status.

1. Not to my knowledge, since no one on the list right now lives in YYZ.
2. Yes. I'm thinking maybe in Centurion, or we could head into the city.
3. What hotel chains do you like? (though I don't stay at SFO hotels, so I can't offer any real advice)

Ahem?

But I'm planning to stay in SFO for the full week, and make a business trip out of the rest of the week ... so I will not be returning right away.

Sure, sounds good. Except I'll be tired, so if we could have the after-do in a hotel, then I could crash easily ....

I'm not set in stone about this, but if everything else is even then I'd go with a Hilton chain hotel.

I've moved to 5K
