Uber Eats not posting/pending for almost all of November/December, Etsy not posting/pending. Indigo and Well.ca in perpetual pending. Amazon and Clinique posting, but the posting dates no longer reflect the purchase dates: this could screw up time-sensitive bonuses such as the 5,000 bonus points offer from November 18-29. Calls/emails/claims/twitter messages to Aeroplan have been about as productive as talking to a rutabaga. And if I'm not mistaken, the Black status bonus was supposed to last until the end of 2020, but those stopped appearing at the end of October. Another Air Canada IT success story! |
Another datapoint from me.
Hudson's Bay posts within a few days, consistently one of the best eStore partners when it comes to posting. Kiehl's has been sitting in pending for almost 6 weeks now. Herschel is missing from pending and they have always been a fight, IMHO. |
Essentially, I wait until 10 weeks, then file an eclaim. I have been somewhat successful in the response after 10 weeks, for the pre new Aeroplan November 8th claims as most points post within a week of my request. Still, it is a terrible pain to have to request every transaction, upload copies of the invoices etc. especially those smaller Uber Eats bills. I hope this gets sorted prior to February 5 (10 weeks from Black Friday) lots of transactions that week, and since!

I’ve myself been using the estore for years. Never had any issue before. Problems started in late october. Haven’t received the points for about 25 transactions.... on different stores: thebay, amazon, indigo, decathlon...

I've been using Aeroplan's estore for as long as I can remember and I never had missing transactions/points until Nov last year. |
Aeroplan EStore - huge delay for Apple products?
So I ordered this Ipad back on December 2. I don't hear anything for a while, and then on December 30 I submit a request into their SupportOps site. They replied and apologized and said Apple has told them fulfillment by January 20 (7 weeks after order). I'm was a little upset but not exactly in shock, as it was the holiday season, with Covid etc. Then Jan. 20th rolls around and I haven't gotten so much as an email from Aeroplan or Apple, and I submit another ticket a week ago. They never replied. I just called them today. She puts me on hold and comes back and says, Apple is saying March 2 for fulfillment. ...??!! So 3 months for fulfillment??
Has anyone else had these delays? With Apple products? Other stuff? I told her there's an Apple Store 5 mins from me, and could they just arrange with Apple for me to walk over and pick one up? Nope, it has to be shipped, from wherever they are fulfilled from. Why does Aeroplan have deals with venders who can't supply their product? Then the icing on the cake - I ask about the possibility of cancelling my Aeroplan order and getting my points back, and she says she can try, but it's definitely not guaranteed (even with this situation). |

I filed a bunch of claims for missing transactions last week. Still nothing here.

Hudson's Bay posted within a few days. Indigo has not posted after more than 10 weeks. In process of contacting customer service (it was a significant amount, more than 20000).

My points from Black Friday for indigo Bose and some other stores just posted today. AC really taking their time. Plus my 5k bonus for the black Friday event hasn’t even posted yet. |
