However some purchases from April are still missing...I have a bad feeling about this...

Same, my amazon and Sephora purchases posted over the weekend. Missing one Amazon order but that was done May 28th so not too freaked right now.

Just had my purchases from April 3rd post. Claim was made June 6th.

I'm having to make claims on about 10% of my eStore purchases. Costco & Aeroplan have always worked so far, others are hit & miss. It sure *seems* like items with bonus multiples or larger amounts are more likely to require follow-up and credit requests, but I don't really have a large enough sample size to claim that definitely. Yet.
Battling for a x7 purchase from the Bay right now. HBC confirmed that AP told them the purchase wasn't connected to an AP account - which is nonsense as I follow the same process each time. No advanced adding to cart, no ad blockers, login via eStore and follow link etc. After much chasing and aggravation got an email today saying they were going to credit the miles - hasn't actually *happened* yet so we'll see.
Got purchases from Dell, Indigo, Apple & Lenovo that are all still pending (not quite at 8 weeks yet) for large amounts so expect the chase to get them to fulfill their commitments will continue. Certainly reflects badly on their partners!

June 11 Amazon purchase posted properly (including triple miles). May 22 Amazon purchases have not posted yet

Just a DP for those expecting bonus miles for eStore purchases when you have gain Silver or above status. Whatever the date is of the transaction that Aeroplan processes that takes you over the status miles requirement is the date of your new status and if they later credit purchases that have an earlier *purchase* date, those purchases don't receive the bonus. An example (mine!) for clarity:
July 15 ($1000+4000 active bonus offer Amazon purchase)
July 16 ($1500+15000 active bonus offer Apple purchase)
July 25 ($200 regular Indigo purchase)
July 20 ($100 regular Amazon purchase

August 1 - 200 miles for Indigo purchase are posted passing total collected past 25k; achieve Silver status. July 25 purchase date becomes "Silver achieved date"
August 3 - 5000 miles for Amazon purchase posted, no Silver bonus on base as purchase date before July 25
Future - 16500 mile for Apple purchase posts, no Silver bonus on base
Future - 100 mile for Bay purchases posts, after July 25 so 100 Silver bonus miles added (I hope!)

Not really fair as their delay in posting large mileage amounts can artificially eliminate their need to provide the bonus but nothing to be done about it apparently. Just wanted others to know!

Viator Miles Posting Time Question

Hi, Everyone,

Do purchases through the Viator/Aeroplan estore post quickly like Amazon or Indigo (e.g., ~ 2 weeks), or when one goes on the excursion (my tours are booked for June and July)?

I'm just asking because I'd like the miles in my account now as opposed to buying top-up miles when I book my mini-RTW in March.

Thanks for any experiences you can share.

Aeroplan e-store credits not posting?

Is anyone having issues with transactions posting? I've enabled cookies, but only a few have posted - and none by Uber Eats (even though I used my laptop to order rather than a smartphone).

I haven’t had anything post since just before Black Friday. AC won’t even investigate until after10 weeks.

I haven't had anything post since the transition to new Aeroplan. i.e. from the old eStore to aeroplan.rewardops.com. One positive though is that you can go to the eStore/rewardops and under Order History after a few days to a couple weeks you'll see your purchases there. Looks like they're taking their time to post. I have 3 purchases there dating back to December 3 that are still 'Pending' under Points Earned.

Makes sense if they want to only award them after the return period expires.

Wow. Didn't know we could check from the eStore order history, thanks!

I too also haven't had anything posted since around Black Friday.

My eStore order shows a pending Apple store order but is missing a bunch of Amazon orders. I had cookies enabled and made sure I don't leave the page or close the tab whenever I launch Amazon from the eStore.

amazon doesn't give points on the vast majority of products anymore to any refferal site Aeroplan/ebates/GCR etc

Several of my orders are not even showing up in the order history page.
This is so annoying.

Same problems here. Seeing I'm not travelling these days, estore earnings matter!

Uber Eats not posting/pending for almost all of November/December, Etsy not posting/pending. Indigo and Well.ca in perpetual pending. Amazon and Clinique posting, but the posting dates no longer reflect the purchase dates: this could screw up time-sensitive bonuses such as the 5,000 bonus points offer from November 18-29.

Calls/emails/claims/twitter messages to Aeroplan have been about as productive as talking to a rutabaga.

And if I'm not mistaken, the Black status bonus was supposed to last until the end of 2020, but those stopped appearing at the end of October.

Another Air Canada IT success story!

Thanks. Wow that's a very long list. I would have thought only the major big ticket price items not getting points. But this is practically everything lol. FWIW I have purchased many different small items and different categories from Amazon in the past few months. But this list is too long for me to check what may or may not qualify😅. Oh well... It's just a small number of points so I am not going to loose any sleep over it.
