eUpgrade copay discrepancy

I was considering spending $50 as a copay on a Tango ticket between LGA-YYZ next week (and 4 credits) as the expanded upgrade program has been expended through to May. However, when going to the eUpgrade section and pulling up my flight, it shows the copay as $100 even though the flight is under 500 miles (just 345 flight miles) and the chart clearly shows copay on flight within North America <500 miles is $50.

Think I'll pass and enjoy the offerings of the Amex Centurion lounge and wait until OLCI to get my E- seat.

I think it also based on which Tango fare of your ticket. The lower one required $100 while the higher one only required $50.

Thanks. The chart I was going by is the "extended eUpgrade" one in the Altitude section and not this route/booking class specific one. Obviously not worth $100.
