Refundable?

Refundable?
This must be an aircanada.ca glitch, but when I try to price out tickets that are obviously non-refundable fares, the final fare quote details says refundable.
For example:
Apr 3 AC806 YYZ->BOS
Apr 6 AC805 BOS->YYZ
comes up with a lowest economy WEB fare of 403.25, but beside "Rules" it says "Refundable" instead of the expected "Non-Refundable".
Anyone else experience this?
