Question: Unable to book AC7799 March 17 on flight pass

Unable to book AC7799 March 17 on flight pass
The flight pass booking tool is telling me there's nothing available on March 17 from YYG to YHZ. However, AC7799 is available on AC's website in booking class V, ITA Matrix shows M class availability, and it's even available on Aeroplan.
I messaged Air Canada on Facebook, but I'm not sure what else I can do.

Their FB team confirmed that there was availability and suggested I call in. Unfortunately, between March Break and the winter storm on its way I couldn't get through; I'll try again tomorrow from the office where I have a headset.

AC7799 is not a regularly scheduled flight. It appears to be an extra section added by AC operated by EVAS. However doing a flight search on the AC app I cannot find it on the 17th. Only in the reservations page.
