Speaking of amenity kits.....(tangent from the other thread and thanks for the reminder yyznomad )....

It is really annoying when you open it and the stuff is in the wrong order and the toothbrush is at the bottom.

OK - why do I have to cut the food myself ? The SD should cut the meat, chicken, carrots etc. into little pieces like my mom used to. and feed me the peas one at a time. and make airplane noises (ah, the irony)

Why is there no nanny on board? They should have two for each J pax, 3 for SEs, 4 for SE MMs.

Here is the real rant: Why can't AC simply refund me online? Why I have to call in to get a refund.

when i am watching movies lying down, i have to get up to touch the screen in J class. why cant AC have long pointy sticks for us.
