Why would anyone need to call Aeroplan? Why don't you just use their website to do whatever transaction you wanted to do? Oh wait....

Well, at least their call center and their web site are consistent.

Yea I had this too, I called the super elite line and after speaking with her for 5 minutes she's like "oh I'll transfer you to the super elite line, I'm with aeroplan".

Called the number again at a different time, went straight to super elite.

How much nicer would it be if AC just took over the program and started sorting out this mess of circular logic. They could actually properly support the rewards and not just blame AP who then blames AC.
