Problem on multi destination/stopover ticket redemption
Hi all,
I'm new to multi-destination ticket redemption, so I actually not sure what's wrong with my itinerary (or something has to be done by calling CS only?)
I want to redeem ticket from HKG to HIJ (or CTS), stopping either KIX/HND/NRT (there is no Star Alliance direct flight between HKG-HIJ/CTS), when I manually create a multi-destination itinerary, like HKG-HND/NRT then HND/NRT-HIJ and HIJ-HKG, it says invalid, so why is this not possible?
And in Aeroplan website, I can only put at most 3 flights, but sometimes I see others with a longer route, how did they do that?
