Yeah this seems legit.
I especially like how DL & UA are better overall airlines but still aren't the best airline in North America. Clearly there are many issues with the list(s) but CX not cracking the top 10 is the most absurd to me.

I think this is supposedly best airlines for US travellers. Clearly DL and UA are superior for going places American's want to go, not for product over QF, CX, BR... AC isn't bad due to geography. CX really isn't an option except for travel to Asia/Australia.
Then again, with Etihad on there (not useful for the vast majority of US travellers) - I'm lost.
Definitely not a list of best airlines (convenient routes not permitting) I'd agree with...
