Multi-City Booking ONLINE Problems today...
I'm having problems booking a basic multi-city flight today...
I keep getting the message that it can't be booked on one reward.
Tech support says I have to call the AE call-centre and pay $30 to book.
My itinerary is pretty basic: YVR-YYZ (stopover)-YUL-YVR
edit: (it'll let me go to Halifax... but not Montreal or Ottawa)
This is stupid.
