Only 7 minutes on hold today at 16:00 Pacific to sort out a flight change for next week.

And now the mobile app shows my old YYZ-YVR flight, despite having changed the flight and having a confirmed upgrade. Bonkers.

Angry Hideous Reservations Line Wait times!

Booked flights can't book a pet in cabin any other way than calling the Reservations line. Waited two hours and 25 minutes, then it hung up on me.

With your first post, welcome to FT.
AC call centre wait times have always been poor and are now even worse considering the meltdowns at many airports. No fix other than trying off peak times.

Data point: just over three-and-a-half hours on hold this evening (E50 priority line) to restore a booking that AC's epic IT randomly cancelled on me. All sorted in about 15 minutes after I finally did get through to an agent.

Agent gets 10/10 ... she was extremely helpful and a breeze to work with.

Call centre hold time gets 0/10, because come on, that's ridiculous.

AC IT dept gets -100/10 for causing this whole bloody mess to begin with.

Just called to link a reward ticket to a paid one. I got a "this is so crazy we won't even put you on hold" message. Brilliant.

Can't get through to call center either. Seems AC IT cancelled my booking, even though flights are still available for purchase...

Callback within about 2 hours today on E35 number.
Was expecting much worse.
I dont see why callback is not a standard feature, seems to be luck of the draw.

Had to ring up the Revenue side for a schedule change yesterday.
Called the E75 number and input a E75 account number.

Yesterday (Mon) 11:30 Eastern

E75K
45 Minute hold
INVOL due to SKED CHG, rebooked in 15 mins


For those who are stuck for hours on the phone? Perhaps Try?
Revenue - Maybe try caling AC in different country

Errorplan - 7am Eastern!

30-40 mins on the multiple calls I've had to make in the last day. 75k. Better than the 90 mins I was waiting last week to address any number of the numerous Air Canada flights I've had canceled or changed in the recent past.

Yesterday I called twice in the afternoon PDT and eventually hung up. First time I waited 12 minutes, the second time was 26 minutes.
I'll try in the morning or later in the evening.
