When do UA flights become available with AP?

When do UA flights become available with AP?
I'd like to make a Hawaii booking with AP. Does anyone know conclusively how far in advance UA flights become available for booking through calling in to AP? I notice on UA's site there saver awards can be booked up to January 20, 2015 as of today, but none of those flights appear on APs site.

I've had good luck for North America - Europe long haul business between the 270-300 day mark.
I don't see a lot of USA-Australia awards in business and I don't know if Hawaii fits into that equation being a Pacific Route. . .
