Ikk- terms posted anywhere?

Ikk- terms posted anywhere?
Just wondering if the terms and rules for this feature are listed on the aeroplan site anywhere?
I've searched and not been able to find any info.
My understanding is that revenue seats are available in j or y for north america are avialle, then i should be able to book with points. And, the same should be tru for international, but, if it,s a j points booking, i need to be part of the itinerary ( which sucks )
Ayone know where to find printed official terms or have additional insight. I'm new to IKK.

All of my (and some others) research points to the requirement to have both the Z and R buckets at >0.
The only time this did not hold true was for YVRSYD.
