AC/AP Sign in issues
So I am signing on today for the first time in over a day, and it tells me that my account is blocked due to too many attempts.
Any reason why this should happen? I know I have the right password. (I don't use award wallet as mentioned in another thread - just tripit and have been for a few years with no issue).

I also had the same issue on all three of the accounts where I'm "in charge". Two of them are linked to TripIt but the third is not. They were, however, all together in one AwardWallet account, which I had thought was the culprit, as I had just added the third last night.
Changing the password fixed it for me, but if other people are seeing it then maybe it really might be an IT thing. Or someone was a busy script kiddie last night...

We were locked out of both accounts today. One account wouldn't allow pw reset so we had to call. They told us that there was some sort of security breach so they had locked many accounts, some at a high level where we actually had to talk to a supervisor to confirm it was really and truly us.
