new errorplan layout

Looks much better. They've also added a "member area," but it's still under construction.

Just took a look. Very cool style, and much easier to read. Perhaps AC may want to rethink their colour scheme I liked the section for AC employees to send messages direct to errorplan.

Looks like they are in it for the long-haul. Be nice not to have to need the site.

Bring back my beloved AC (alright I know some of you never liked it).

This will be a critical week as the vast majority of elites still do not know. Packages are still going out and they are soon to see the gift we got form AC this year.

I feel the same--have flown AC since the early 70's and have always been a top tier flier until now as I'm going from SE to E.I am still pissed they never looked at a pass for top tier fliers such as UA and AA did for theirs. So, after all these years I am consciously looking at value for money instead of the old loyalty.AC will lose about 20K from me this year as I divert certain flights to other carriers. As I have another 10 years of flying left in me AC stands to lose a lot of money for their actions

errorplan's latest letter of the day is a zinger -- though you have to read through to the end to get a story of how some AC staff can be truly astounding!
