...and the loss for the year is a staggering
$1.25B. Given the number of high yield FF migrating to other airlines, it is possible that the bottom line won't get better.
And the sad point in this financial debacle is that AC could be in better shape if it treated its most loyal passengers with more respect.
This is business 101: keep your best customers happy and reward them for their loyalty. Is it going to take two financial quarters or more of loyal customers jumping ship to realize that your present reward practices are not productive?

Under their 2001 ACHIEVEMENTS they state

This was supposed to be running in 2001, now that it is scheduled for 2002, its still a 2001 ACHIEVEMENT ?


Quite surprised that the only customer / revenue ACHIEVEMENTS is the creation of TANGO. To bad they didn't list their other ACHIEVEMENT such as killing their loyalty program and driving customers to other carriers. . .
