Thats pretty good, the cheapest I can see from YYC is $3060. That is 20066 miles. All z class which all should post at 100%, but one never knows what the SAA/LH/AC code share fares classes map/mirror/smoke into on AC.
Good for a trip to get some miles and see the family, I must remember to look for these bargain J fares.

AC will be matching the AF/KL biz sale fare. One of the reasons I subscribe to the AF/KL e-mails even though I never fly them. As soon as one of their flash biz sales happens I check to see if AC and LX are quietly matching. They usually do without promoting the fares.

AC codeshares operated by LH have to be handled with care since AC Z could also map into LH P which does not earn any COS bonus.

J fares to JNB, exYYZ/YUL/YOW ~ $2500
For a better J experience on the Europe-South Africa leg try routing through ZRH (LX) instead of FRA (LH), the LH A380 still features the "slide".

I pick lowest exec at a great fare and the fraudulent/annoying note, "You will be seated in Economy for the LHR-JNB segment" ...... Well, then why the hell is the fare listed as lowest exec?

AC flies YOW-FRA, no need to connect in LHR and FRA. Also, as already mentioned above, the LH A380 in J class is indeed nothing to write home about since none of them features the new Biz seat.

If Z not available on an 8 hour segment, whey show a price in the "Z column"?
If a sement not availble in Tango, does AC still show a Tango total?
The dates I needed only show via LHR connecting to SAA from there. Will see if I can move dates to connect in FRA

Try to price it on Matrix (multi-city function) and if you can't duplicate it on ac.com just call in, there is no booking fee for revenue tickets.
