I see the above notification forgot to mention the major dis-enhancement of packing another 50 people into the Y cabin. (as noted by others here)
If this sardine-like packing spreads throughout the AC network I will avoid AC like the plague.
Unbelievable, they are turning the whole airline into a LCC carrier without the low cost.

77W - 42J + 302Y = 349
77H - 36J + 24Y+ + 398Y = 458
Thats an increase of 107 seats on the same airplane that can already feel cramped!!!
Not to mention the fact that from the diagrams....
77W = 11 Bathrooms
77H = 9 Bathrooms
I wont be going anywhere near these airplanes!!

1. Very unhappy about 3-4-3 config in Y. You only gain about 40 seats. Is it really worth the sacrifice of passenger comfort?
2. What happens if I want to book Premium Economy but need Latitude flexibility (i.e. fully refundable, no change fee etc.)? Does not seem to be an option for that.

I'm definitely looking forward to the PE seating. Looks to be very competitive with CX's new PE and BA's PE. Same seat pitch and wider seat than both. A seat that better fits a tall and fat guy like myself.
Once PE's fleetwide, and on the assumption it's priced competitively I'll definitely be inclined to fly AC on TPAC and TATL. I'm not expecting similar flexibility as BA with miles upgrades for PE-->J but a guy can dream. Either way it looks like a nice product.

No Class of Service Bonus for Premium Economy?
IMHO the mileage earning scheme on TATL/TPAC flights should be along these figures:
Tango: 50%
Flex: 100%
Latitude: 115%
Premium Economy: 115%
Executive Z: 125%
Executive D: 150%
Executive C: 175%
Executive J: 200%

I'd be interested to know what this configuration does to the range of the aircraft. Is this something that is still capable of going to Asia? Or would it be restricted to Europe & South America.
7 hours sitting in that economy maybe - 14 hours never in my life.

The economy seatmap previews during the booking process show no preferred seating...
Not only will my 3ft wide shoulders be squeezed, but I am surely not going to get a bulkhead or exit row. Awesome.
Add me to the list of those avoiding these planes like the plague.

Wouldn't it be more reflective of the fare paid if Premium Economy would come with a class of service bonus of (at least) 15%?

The new configuration is extremely dense. It seems that AC is squeezing as many seats as possible, while sacrificing lavatories and galley space.
Basically, for 398 Economy Class customers, there are only 6 lavatories (assuming the front two ones are dedicated for Premium Economy, or are curtained off cabins to discourage Y customers to walk through), which is 1 for every 66 customers! This is probably the highest ratio for a long-haul flight. FYI: the previous configuration had 1 for every 38.
Galley spaces have also been cut dramatically (while passenger count in the back have increased over 30%), with the galley behind the fourth door gone, a smaller galley in the second door. I don't think that AC can use this configuration to flights to HKG/Asia due to the decreased galley sizes. I don't see how it would fit.

The new modern cabin design featuring black leather, charcoal grey and beige
Very happy with LX style J seats (much better than current pods imo) and a proper Premium Economy cabin.
Not happy with 3-4-3 Y and 31" pitch. Would have preferred if they stayed 3-3-3 or if they must do 3-4-3-, atleast offer 33-34" pitch like Emirates!
