What to do with expiring E-Upgrades

I have 10 e-upgrade credits, wondering what to do with them. I have not had any sucess trying to use them over the past year, and do not have any travel on Air Canada planned for the new few months. Any ideas aside from offering to friends for free. I travel a lot I want the benefit! LOL.

I wish I could trade them in for AP points.

If you still have some nominee slts open I'm sure there'll be takers.

Not much you can do apart from give them away...thats what I did.

I've seen people try to sell them before but that's not permitted and probably not your best course of action.
