+1, only attended one, but had loads of fun meeting the YYZ crowd! No vid games, lots of good convo!

That was indeed a very odd evening.
My recollection goes back to the late '90's and a weekend long affair that ended with brunch at the Chinese restaurant in the basement of the Hyatt (Victoria Gardens?)
We had visitors from all over the world, and rented several minivans.

I remember standing at the door of the restaurant trying to lose those tagging on to three of us bailing out to the clubs on Granville St.

On the other hand one of the things that made the Aqua Riva particularly exceptional was two FTers from the YYZ are (who no longer post) who were always going at each other on FT (making many current arguments look tame.)
By the end of the evening the two both came "out of the closet" and began dating.
Life has gotten tamer.

Well, we could also do something like the Yaletown Brewery, it's right on the Canada Line...
(Of course, I'm biased, since I live within easy stumbling distance...).
Timing wise, though, my schedule is completely up in the air right now, but I'll do my best to make it. I had fun at the pre-787 breakfast a few months back.

Since everyone's so indecisive, I'm just going to blurt out a potential date as the second weekend of October (12-14) OR the third weekend of September (15-17) . Everyone can post on which set of dates they'd like and majority wins.
I'll try organizing if this does happen but I'll need some help, especially with venues, events, restaurants, and such. I'm relatively new to FT so I don't really feel comfortable dictating everything.
How bout everyone just suggest stuff that they want to do with fellow FTers during that period and I'll try and sift for something that's mutually agreeable. I think someone stuff @ YVR would be cool but again that's not necessary.
I've also edited my first post to update the details of what's happening.

Hello all!
I'd be in for Sept 15 - 17.
I'm happy to report that I can not make Oct 12 - 14 because I'll be on the Gaafu Alifu Atoll in the Maldives!! (It's so much nicer to say that, than I'm in Prince George or Kitimat or similar!!)
To Yerfeej201, you might get more response if you change your title (under Advanced Options) to reflect the date in the title of the thread). This way, people don't have to get to post #37 to see the proposed dates.
Thank you for organizing

I'm in for the September dates.
October does not work. In October I grabbed a deal from SEA-BDA for $271 ai. And with UA's regionals upgrades at time of booking - my wife and are in First on all segments
Cheers
