Nice change up, waffles in YYC MLL this morning

Fresh made even, hope this real food instead of bagged chips and similar is a permanent thing

For a 10 hour drive, I wouldn't fly.
Especially not considering how cheap gas is in YYC.

How we get excited about sugary carbs, no body jumps up and down when an egg white omlete is served.

Nice change up, waffles in YYC MLL this morning

Sounds like food choices are getting better in the MLL. I saw an earlier post about sandwiches! Can't wait to see what's on the menu in August when I visit.

That's because egg white omelettes are nasty. If you're going to do an omelette , do it properly with whole free-range eggs, bell peppers, mushrooms, and other tasty things.

When I make egg white omlette's they are made with free range eggs, and I add all the items that you mentioned. And no they are not nasty, they ar healthy and nutritious.

I'd prefer sunny side up any time over omelette. At least I know it's from actual egg than the liquid eggs in a carton

And egg yolks contain most of the vitamins & minerals in an egg!
