Sounds like food choices are getting better in the MLL. I saw an earlier post about sandwiches! Can't wait to see what's on the menu in August when I visit.

That's because egg white omelettes are nasty. If you're going to do an omelette , do it properly with whole free-range eggs, bell peppers, mushrooms, and other tasty things.

When I make egg white omlette's they are made with free range eggs, and I add all the items that you mentioned. And no they are not nasty, they ar healthy and nutritious.

And egg yolks contain most of the vitamins & minerals in an egg!
