PTO Problems?

Why is it that, all weekend, I haven't been able to log on to the Personal Ticket office...I keep on getting that "Customer is already logged in" error box?

I know many of you have had this problem in the past; any suggestions?

Thanks

I just had this happened to me yesterday. Call PTO support at 1-877-423-2288 and ask them to reset your account. They are open 7 days a week.

Just called AC to fix the "database error on logon". Turns out it's not just me, the system is down.

And while I waited, a recording said there will be service disruptions from 8pm Oct 30 to 2am Oct 31 during a planned upgrade of the servers. First two hours it will be down completely, last four hours intermittently.

I just got the same error as well... not going to bother calling them if they claim system is down.

It is however, refreshing to see someone take responsibility for their problems, and not try to pass it off as a problem with the user's computer, operating system, brower, taste in beer, shoe size, etc.

Ken, I agree. She obviously wasn't properly trained in AC customer relations. And Gina from Aeroplan (whom I mentioned in another thread) must be new.
