AC Threshold Program

Hi everyone,
Though I reached the 20,000 status miles threshold last month but I didn't receive any eUpgrade credit.
What should I do in this case?
Many thanks for your help!

Have you met the min required flights or segments on AC or AC express metal ? It appears that it may be part of the requirement to get threshold eupgrades

http://www.aircanada.com/en/aeroplan...eupgrades.html

*As part of the required number of Air Canada Status Miles or Status Flight Segments necessary to achieve Top Tier status, you need to earn a minimum of 10,000 Air Canada Status Miles or 5 Air Canada Status Flight Segments on eligible flights operated by Air Canada and Air Canada Express.

Also could just be a timing thing, It can take a few weeks after they apply them to your account.

Thats to requalify for top tier status.........

As an elite passing through 20,000 status miles on AC/AC express or Star Alliance should get you extra e-credits

Perhaps the are having printing problems.

Or maybe there's a slowdown by posties in support of pilots.

I called the SE line. Picked up option 4. Which brought me to a res agent. Who told me no, this is with Aeroplan. Called Aeroplan, took them 20 minutes on the line, until they told me they sent a message to customer support at AC.

We'll see.

doesn't this result in them having to hire more agents to man the phones?
secret plan from the unions to increase call volume and stick it to the man

So far no issues, at 20,000 received my 10, at 40,000 received my 10 and at the end of the month when I hit 60,000 I expect my 20! ^

The credits get to teh account ahead of the e-mails.

They phoned me back today. Said it's an IT "issue" and they are working on it. But it may still take a little while.
