I became ill at the last minute so couldn't go to hear my daughter speak on a project she has worked so hard on. We are very proud of her and it would be wonderful if I could give her this little treat for all her hard work. Going to try and get her an upgrade on the second segment later this afternoon, in case the TLV one doesn't happen for her. TLV flight, is not a new plane but it will be her first pod experience and a nice long flight to enjoy the pampering. Seems the upgrade site is still not working. That's a long time to be down. |

He he... Well they did twit this 7 hours ago: "ACTopTier The eUpgrade Svc on aircanada.com is currently unavailable, to request an upgrade, use your Priority Contacts or speak to a rep @ckin" Although I have to wonder about the "advice" to "request" an upgrade at check in. |

OLCI shouldn't be effected... last I heard it was just the eUpgrades page.
