It doesn't help that there is a glitch in the system right now. My priority contacts tell me to contact the concierge for all Aeroplan matters. I had to call in and mentioned it to the concierge who answered and wondered why I called the concierge for an Aeroplan matter. I read out exactly what it said and he said that was wrong and he would look into it.

Aeroplan Contact Centre

For all Aeroplan inquiries, please contact the Air Canada Concierge using the numbers provided.

I just noticed this today as well, when I went to look up the number to call for making an Aeroplan reward reservation. Still shows this, even if it's "wrong". Anyone know the "correct" number to call (or is it just the standard Aeroplan contact centre number)?

When you call the standard Aeroplan number, the prompt says to enter your Aeroplan number for prioritization purposes. It seems to work as I got a live agent in about 5 seconds yesterday.

I would love to be able to contact my local airport's Concierge desk, but I have no idea where to find that contact number/email. Where would I obtain it? YOW, in case you have a list stashed somewhere.

Next time you text at the airport, ask them for the email. They will not give you a home number.

As mentioned by SearsTower ask the concierge for their local email address. I don't have (and never ask for) local phone number for concierge.

There's a new surly-ish concierge duo in the YYZ Black Box... anyone notice?
I've seen them a few times already on different days, a couple times in the early morning and a couple times in the early afternoon.

Or am I out of line and all concierges are Angels Sent From Above?

they would actually have to hav3 their office open to see them! This last weekend, the6 did not meet my flight with a hotel voucher as I was told they would and when the gate radioed them, they said they were busy and I needed to go to their office. That would be the office that was closed!

Flew Sunday YVR-YUL-YHZ, SE-MM paid J, spouse and son reward J. Two suitcases checked in and tagged to my PNR. Super lucky with our flights - YVR-YUL wide body first flight of day, so not surprising roughly on time departure and made up time for on-time arrival. YUL-YHZ on A220. Lucky that original equipment due in from Miami but super late swapped for cancelled La Guardia equipment. YHZ flight thus on time. Arrive YHZ on time 9:20 pm but no bags after an hour. Total zoo. Baggage office pleasant but pro forma. Informed that bags were loaded on YHZ flight in YUL but then unloaded. Unclear why, and on-site concierge closed for evening.

Call in to concierge line. Wait 30 minutes. Once through, Judith was great. Initiated priority search etc. Next morning bags arrive YHZ 10 am, delivered to hotel around 1 pm. Given the sea of bags in arrivals area, glad I had access to concierge service by phone.

The FRA concierge team found my missing bag from Jul 1 in a ("did not know this place existed") temporary room full of bags ("thousands") from other European cities, which had not been arrival-scanned by LH. None had been scanned yet, due to staffing issues! The bag is now forwarded, hurray! Priority Baggage kept in contact with me also, but was making no headway, surprise surprise, because that relies on LH getting around to scanning a room of bags...

Being able to ask station concierges to perform a "remote hands" operation is like a SE Super Power!

When I spoke to them inside the black box, they did mention that they will occasionally close the office if they all had to leave to tend to stuff like assisting SEs... so take that with a grain of salt.
But I assure you it is open! Were you there at a really early or late time?

Use the Air Canada App Customer support contact in the drop down menu. surprisingly the number to concierge and Super Elite is up to date

But no Aeroplan number

Times like these sure reinforce how access to the Concierge is the single best thing about being a SE.

Forgot to mention she also gave me access to the SuperElite version of Google Maps for the duration of our trip. Make sure you ask for this unpublished SE benefit:

I beelined to the YYZ black box office last week after a cancelled flight (I had been airside) and it was locked up (there was one concierge behind the desk but the lights were out, and she avoided my eye contact as I politely tapped on the glass door). In fact the entire priority lane was completely deserted; I found a wandering agent and they suggested I needed to wade into the melee at the regular AC aisle, adjacent.
