AC Listens Survey - IFE/Cineplex
So, I just completed an AC listens survey. The questions were mostly about IFE - specifically about the partnership with Cineplex and the host. Some of the questions were as follows:
I'm really not sure what they're trying to figure out.
Are you aware that you can watch Cineplex movie previews and interviews about upcoming movies after your movie is finished?
Thinking about the interview(s) that you watched about an upcoming movie, how entertaining did you find the interview(s) overall? Please use a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 means “Not entertaining at all” and 5 means “Very entertaining”.
Thinking specifically about the host of these interviews or previews of upcoming movies, have you seen this host before?
What role does the host play in your decision to watch or not watch the Cineplex previews or interviews?
Do you think the host of these segments is a representative of which of the following brands? (AC, Cineplex, Other)
Having seen the clip, which of the following statements best represents your opinion of the host?

Obviously it is to determine the effectiveness and passenger awareness of Cineplex's paying AC to appear on its IFE. If the response reveals a awareness level that is high, it will continue. If not, Cineplex will not renew the contract.

Does anyone actually watch those things? I fast forward through all the advertisements and the guy yacking before the movie begins, and shut the movie off when the credits roll.

IFE survey
I would LOVE to complete this survey! Is there a link, or are they sampling randomly?
I have watched the Cineplex talking head a few times. Not only is it clearly a commerical, he talks complete nonsense!
AC needs to find a new IFE partner & it sure isn't Cineplex!
