FlyerTalk Forums Expert How-Tos and Guides
Last edit by: Adam Smith
This is a master thread to post any lounge meet up requests / invite requests forum members might have. It'd be great if you could post your lounge guesting/request in the same format as below...
A reminder - those offering guesting are quite happy to be guested to a superior lounge!

If you have the ability to make changes to the WIKI, please do so yourself rather than replying to the thread! If you are asking to be guested, please only add to the wiki - do not post in the thread.

OFFER REQUEST MEET (i.e. will be there but can't guest) dd-MMM-yyyy / hh:mm / XXX / Terminal Lounge / FlyerTalkName
Please note the date format so as to avoid confusion

Please do not write OFFER/MEET; if you are able to guest someone in, it is implied you can also meet them without guesting them in.

At YOW MLL along with everyone else dealing with the fallout of the 455 / 457 delays. I'm wearing a light grey linen shirt and navy pants sitting by the window closest to the computer area.

Rub pickle juice on it. I hear it helps heal cracked and dry skin or seat cushions

+1 I swear, some of you folks are diabolically funny.

In respect to the seats, I don't what's sorrier looking, that photo or some of the MLL sitting chairs with their worn out cushions that offer no support and that have not been vacuumed for some time. Somewhat depressing.

Maybe next time I will ask staff if I can use the vacuum so I can clean a seat before sitting on it.

Well I was going to default to suggesting duct tape could help make it classy....

But for goodness sakes, pickle-juice? Too acidic and wil dry it out...

Need to mix:

- 4 cups coors light (does anyone actually drink that in the lounge?)
- 2 cups cream of "current option" soup
- 1 cup ranch
- 1/2 cup baileys
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 2 tears from the E35k or E50k FF who didn't get their upgrade.... And
- 1 hair from the S.E. That is there just for the drinks, and will cancel their latitude ticket to go home

That should help bring those chairs back to life (or vacate the lounge due to the smell).

It's to do with food cutbacks in the MLLs. There is apparently very little to eat, but lots of pickles.

I see no pickles here.

Only two massive mountains of sausages.

Oh and two dishes of yellow unidentified organic(?) material.

I haven't seen lunch / dinner offerings in forever, but, if I get delayed a third time, I just might witness it today...
