I'm not sure if your "why does it take so long?" question was rhetorical. I'll take a guess at this but I'd be willing to bet I'm right. There is some process in which statement information is extracted from its source and distributed to server(s) in order to give online access. This extract process is extremely lengthy and is only scheduled to run at certain intervals - perhaps monthly. This might even be built into the statement print cycle.

Well I'm confused. I received my paper statement yesterday, although it was dated April 01. Not real problem, but it means I didn't receive 4 upgrade certs (the difference between 28,000 and 41,000 miles) and that my statement is already 4 weeks out of date even though I just received it.
Of more concern is the on-line version still shows the March 10 statement, which likewise has the last detail on February 20.

If the paper statements arrive before the website may I ask what the point of the web statement is? I really wish we had CP's real time statements and updates - it can't be that big a task.
Also, Shareholder - Mr. Duschesne is gone but the phone listing still does not work, neither does the fax. I guess AC did what they promised in sacking the Duschesne message but failed to fix the real problem.

Whoops. Statement date is in fact April 7. I was looking at the detail which shows April 1 activity, but no April 2.
He he... that's why I said "Not real problem." (Even though I meant "No" real problem.)
Upgrades--what do you need those steenking upgrades for?
