Concierge in SCL

Hi, I am heading to SCL in a few days where I have a cnx a few hours later. I would like to contact the concierge at SCL to see if I could use the AA Admirals Lounge to freshen up after my arrival. The SE desk said it shouldn't be a problem as that is the lounge that AC contracts with. I was given the contact number (56-2-690-1153). I called and it is a voice recording for AC Baggage. Does anyone have any experience with the Concierge at SCL and better contact details. Thanks

Last time I was in SCL they let us in the lounge no problem - no Concierge needed. It doesn't seem to be anything special, but it was nice to relax for the few minutes before my flight.

Agree. Same experience. Lounge is not huge. Washroom is more than a one-holer, but not much.

When we were there two years (no idea what impact the earthquake had) the space behind their "bar" was being undergoing very noisy construction.

But the showers were really nice after a hot bus ride from Valpariaso!!
