Lounges in FRA for Exec First?

Lounges in FRA for Exec First?
Hi all -- was wondering if anyone knows whether I can use the SEN lounges in FRA when traveling on Exec First? I know it's technically a business class product, and as such, would grant access to business class lounges, but according to Continental.com, their BusinessFirst passengers have access to LH's SEN lounges, so I was hoping Executive First would have the same arrangement. Thanks!

BTW, the location of the business class lounge often is more convenient for the AC flights than the SEN lounge, and the difference isnŽt that huge, especially during the morning hours.
The main advantage of the SEN lounges is better food (and drinks) during the afternoon/evening hours.
