Fax back statement
Just a question on the fax back statement...
It's very confusing:
A YYZ-YVR flight in C class was posted as:
02/19/2001 Unknown Program Executive TORONTO VANCOUVER 520*
02/19/2001 Unknown Partner TORONTO VANCOUVER 2078*
Does the star denote "Q miles" and is it common that the COS post seperate on AC? I am used to seeing CP including the COS bonus into the base miles.

Class of service always posts as a separate line on Aeroplan statements. And yes, the asterisk indicates these are qualifying miles. You must have been flying CP metal since they showed as "unknown partner". As for your other post, the balance figures have always updated quickly. It is the actual detail that is not real time.

In my fax back I noticed that they don't post the actual Q miles only the COS.
Also, the phone-fax indicates that the last statement date is Feb 14th I think, and yet the last online statement available is Jan 11!
