Question about multiple upgrades
(sorry if this was asked before, I wasn't sure how to search for it)

When I request an upgrade at -4 days and get waitlisted, is the waitlist for each leg independent?

Yes.

Note though that this situation corresponds to a single upgrade. (A single cert, not multiple ones.)
