great service

Just wanted to post about the awesome service from the concierge team at YYZ yesterday. Very helpful and wonderful attitude. Once I arrived at the airport and went to their office it was clear they had spared no effort to try and satisfy my request to travel on an earlier flight even though the cabin was full. Hope this approach to service prevails throughout the new year!!!
