Any info on AC7993 diversion today?
I notice AC7993 YYZ-DFW departed, then returned to YYZ 30 minutes later. (It shows up on AC's flight status as "arrived in DFW" after a short 30 minute flight, but on flightaware it's clear what really occurred).
Any info on the nature of the diversion? I'm in DFW awaiting that CRA aircraft which is to operate AC7996 DFW-YYZ later today. Currently posting a 2hr delay but I'm not sure how much confidence to put in that estimate.

Returned to YYZ with a problem with the captain's windshield. Problem has been fixed and flight is scheduled to re-depart at 1550. AC7996 is still scheduled for an 1845 departure from DFW, which looks reasonable provided AC7993 gets underway ontime.
