Terminal 2 in YYZ
I was flying from Toronto to Whitehorse Via Vancounver on Monday june 5th, the first busines day after the changeover. What i found in terminal 2 was that the check-in counters had no major impact, especially if you are elite/super elite. However, they need to increase the # of security machines open for clearance. During that morning, around 8:15, the line-up to clear security was longer than the check-in line-up for economy class. They had 4 doors open, and all 4 had line-ups going out to the front doors of the terminal. I spent less than 2 minutes checking in, but waited 10 minutes to clear security.
