Uganda E-Visa long processing time

Anyone else having issue with processing times? Usually I get approved in about 2 days. Applied last week, status still says payment processed, application pending approval as of today.

I've never tried the E-visa for Uganda. It only takes a few minutes to get a visa on the spot.
