Planning to fly from IAH - LOS - ACC. I can easily find award seats from IAH - LOS.

1. What is the best way to fly from LOS - ACC using miles - *Alliance preferrably?

2. I have seen an Alitalia daily flight from LOS - ACC but cannot seem to find any seats at all on this flight. Is this even possible?

1) not possible with *A. Best options are Arik Air (W3) and Aero (AJ). Be aware that transiting Lagos is not for the inexperienced...takes at least 2 hours and have "dash" funds available.

2) Alitalia is MWF only.

Alitalia? Between ACC, and LOS? Never heard of this. PErhaps You can fly from Italy to LOS via ACC, but most likely NOT between ACC and LOS only.

Thanks Svante....You're right. Just stumbled on the information below...I think I probably should just avoid LOS all together and go through FRA or IST.
