Hi!
I'm planning on doing a trip to Morocco in May alone (I'm female early 20's) and I was hoping for some tips. I think I'm mainly staying in the south near Marrakech. Possibly doing a tour.
Also, has anyone been to Essaouira? Is it worth going? Did anybody take surfing lessons there? Or go horse trekking?

I was in Morocco in 2002. So I imagine a fair bit has changed since then. But at that time Essaouira was one of my favourite places I visited in the whole country. Beautiful seaside town with a nice relaxed feel.
Didn't go surfing or horseback riding but I do remember that there was quite a wind on some days.
