Tier Credits for my flight on December 6th MUC-DUB posted today, but everything since November 25th is still missing. Any hints how to contact them next week to quickly escalate? I dont want to wait too long for my concierge only because EI is unable to provide a working IT environment...
Same situation here, missing out on concierge, missing 200 tier credit. My advise is to start with a Late Claim Form, and also call. However the person or team that adjust points is not available on the phone.
I emailed them to ask if it was a targeted campaign - by the time they reply the promotion will be over 😆
I finally got a response to my email query along the lines of this promotion has now ended. Er, yeah, I know. It took them nearly *6* weeks to respond. Thats not really good enough is it?
