How to cancel (not change) Aer Lingus ticket during COVID 19?

How to cancel (not change) Aer Lingus ticket during COVID 19? It is a cash ticket booked directly with Aer Lingus. I tried to call its US call center, but it completely shut down...

And its website suggests that to cancel a ticket, the usual penalty applies. COVID 19 doesn't seem to matter. The routine policy applies.

Does anybody have any suggestion?

Once the flight is flying then I don't think you're getting your money back.

Check to see if your travel insurance will cover this, but that is also unlikely.
