Differering Requalification & Upgrade Window
Did not manage to fly much last year and was subsequently downgraded from *G to *S. I noticed that the requalification period for *S and the timeline to be upgraded back to *G is different though. Seems like I only have 10 months to qualify and be upgraded back to *G. Is this normal?

To go up in status, you must perform the necessary flying within a continuous 12 month period from from the date of the first oldest flight that registered miles which have not yet expired. In your case, this appears to have occurred on 14/15 April 2023.
To retain status, you must perform the necessary flying within 12 months of last commencing that level. In your case, it appears you were downgraded to Silver on 15/16 June 2023, so you have a full 12 months from that date to retain Silver. The data you have shown indicates that you have already accumulated 1,000 of the necessary miles towards Silver retention since 15/16 June 2023 - instead of requiring the full 8000/35000 for Silver, you've already earned 1000 miles and your targets currently stand at 7000/34000 miles.
So, the two 12-month periods are not necessarily aligned.

razorblade do also refer to #13 here. Just replace "upgrade to silver" with "downgrade to silver" and "March" with "April" and it's pretty much the exact situation you're in
