Athens – Riga 18MAY23 – 12OCT23 2 weekly A320neo (Last served until September 2016)
I am excited about this. I just hope it has a better timing then TLL but would be surprised about another night service to lower value destination. Could also help to drive down AirBaltic prices. Their fares can go sky high. Making look some of the expensive J fares with A3 as deal of the year.

From AeroRoutes:
I'm guessing no mileage earning on A3 flights operated by Eurowings? Does anyone know? Eurowings is not in *A, though, I do believe that they are owned by LH..
The flights indeed seem bookable, however, only in Economy (ComfortFlex). Also priced about double from the EuroWings website. I didn't see any Business fares on either the Eurowings nor A3 website, though I am sure that last year Eurowings did offer business class on at least some of these routes.
Star Alliance member Aegean Airlines in the fourth quarter of 2022 commenced unilateral codeshare partnership with Eurowings, covering the latter’s service to/from Greece. The codeshare service went into effect since 11OCT22 (or earlier), covering following routes. Selected routes are offered on seasonal basis.

Well it allows flights to be ticketed together. So you could now purchase an itinerary that contains both A3 and EW flight segments, which obviously extends the route network considerably. From a frequent Flyer perspective there is little advantage if there is no mileage earning (and presumably no status benefits).
Question is though, if FF benefits would apply or not. EW is not star alliance, but they are owned by LH and I believe that under LH code benefits do (somewhat) apply..
